I work for a public library in red Ohio. I love my hometown, but it's becoming so conservative. I've been married for 44 years and the mom of my rescue dog, Max.
I've read that bees will sleep in flowers. I found this lovely lady asleep this morning.

AOC: I saw on Fox, Jeanine Pirro says that they found so many babies and two year olds and four year olds receiving social security. I got a notice for you Jeanine Pirro: those babies receive social security because their parents died. That’s not a waste. That’s humanity. That’s America.

Moskowitz: When President Zelenskyy came to the White House, we heard a lot about what he was wearing. Oh my God, the precious Oval Office—he didn’t wear a suit! I mean, here’s a picture of Kid Rock in the Oval Office—he looks like he’s about to jump over 10 buses on the White House lawn.

WOW: Thousands are currently protesting in Boston. This is just one of more than 1200 'Hands Off' protests underway today across the nation as people rise up against the Trump-Musk regime. (via Rob Way)

Frost: Get a life. Thanks for showing the world that money can’t make you any less pathetic than you actually are.

They try to silence us, hold us back, and strip away our rights, but women always fight back. This #WomensHistoryMonth, we’re doubling down, because when women lead, we all move forward.

I love this. Karen pence refused to acknowledge him.
I’m no Pence fan, but I’m team Karen on this one. Why shake Trump’s hand? He wanted her husband unalived!

A book recommendation: Middle of the Night by Riley Sager. He is fast becoming one of my favorite authors. He always keeps me guessing and has elements of the supernatural and good twists.

I work for a public library in red Ohio. Surprisingly, Ohio funds their libraries pretty well. We recently had a library levy pass in Montgomery County, which is in the Dayton area. I was shocked it passed in red Ohio. Shocked and thankful.
