I used to work on Spring Garden, north of Center City in Philadelphia. There was a guy with a food cart outside my building. 1 thing he made that was new to me was egg & pepper sandwiches on Philadelphia Italian bread. Amazing. I made some tonight, 1st time in 18 yrs. No great bread but so good!

I try to play at least a little every day to keep my fingers somewhat functional. Osteoarthritis in my hands is getting worse and I'm scared of the day when I might not be able to play anymore. I got out the 12-string and it's reminding me I don't play enough. Paid $100 for it years ago and love it.

She only knows how to eat her cookies in the house on her bed. She carried it outside and then walked around whimpering until I gave up and we went inside.

Coffee on the porch. Birds all over the place. Hummingbirds fighting over the feeder. Squirrels wanting the feeders but concerned that the dog might eat them. It's a beautiful day.
