Bloodborne launched 10 years today on PS4 🌗

It went on to sell ~7.5 million copies and is the second highest rated game in FromSoftware's history behind Elden Ring.

Been rewatching Det Spökar, a Swedish ghost mockumentary series that aired 1997-1999, and boy was it scarier when I was 10. Yet the rewatch doesn't hurt it for me, my memories are so etched in that I will always feel the spooks when I think about it

Rewatch is good for inspiration though.

This was going around Reddit so I figured I would try. Tricky and any other day choices would be different!

These were my favorite games in 2024. #GameoftheYear #IndieGames #Games

I was addicted to the first game a decade ago. The sequel successfully carried it over to a more modern style. It's chaotic, funny and addictive. I wish I played more but I drop off online games quick.

Intergalactic trailer seems to sum up everything we see in every single space thing right now. But hey, you know what? I actually really enjoy playing Naughty Dogs' games, so I am excited.

Best announced at the Game Awards for me though, were new Ueda, Onimusha and Ninja Gaiden.

My #PlaystationWrapUp.

Didn't play that much. But anyway - okay I see how Shadow of the Erdtree is big enough to kinda be justified its Game Awards nomination. Still weird, but I get it.

Most played: FFVII Rebirth, Rise of the Ronin, Elden Ring, Stellar Blade and Conscript.

BlueSky is trying to monetize so let's show them some numbers:

Reskeet this if you refuse to pay for BlueSky+ until trust & safety decides to prioritize marginalized users.

That's $96 / year of lost revenue for each reskeet...

So many PS1 memories.
- PS One Demo with the T-rex.
- Jumping Flash was mindblowing to kid me.
- Witnessing Resident Evil.
- Demos for Armored Core, G-Police, Street Skater, Nightmare Creature, GTA and Kula World stand out in my mind.
- Metal Gear Solid(!)
- Becoming God with Game Shark.
Etc!

I would never ever want to play a game, read a book, listen to a song or watch a movie that was fully generated by AI. There would be literally nothing there, it's hollow of any point whatsoever. Anyone who wants that is a hollow person.

I am curious if anyone else liked Rise of the Ronin as much as me? I thought it was a ton of fun and very easy to spend time in. Some great battles and maybe my favorite open world to run around and conquer this year. I'd be crucified to say I like it more than FFVII Rebirth.
