Every time I’m at Armageddon I am reminded that one of the staff needs to teach Nicholas how question time works because he’s there every time asking repeat questions and it’s bloody annoying and takes up so much time and steals time from others. He was annoying at the bookshop and worse here.

I DID finish marking all my Level 2 mocks at school yesterday. And yes, I didn’t leave until 7:45pm because of that. But still.
Now L2 portfolios, year 11 practice essays, year 11 practice UFT, IB practice essays, eventually year 11 portfolios.
The hair I just shed is reflective of This Year.

Deciding to go to Ōtara market is actually genius because it means I have to up and about before midday on a Saturday. And then the rest of the day remains and marking and research proposal writing will still occur.

Pretty ridiculous that Flick gets bought by Meridian, and all the messaging is ‘don’t worry, you don’t have to do anything, it’s all sorted’ only to find (through having to email them to clarify) that ‘PSYCH we didn’t think to tell you that we do monthly billing only and that that could impact you’

choral/singing thought: I have a chaotic idea of translating (realistically, collaborating on translating) Pōkarekare Ana or another wartime song into Ghari or another Guadalcanal language as like a melding of Aotearoa and Solomons WWII stuff. like… that’s a kind of cool idea right?
