Doing this new group therapy program is a nice opportunity to connect with people with similar struggles,
But I don't think it's helping me truly deal with my anxiety/depression better at all, the way my individual therapy does.
I often leave feeling worse than when I arrived, but I'm still going.

The Snowflake-Emily interview being immediately followed by Aunt Tammy destroying the gorl on multiple livestreams has had me REELING.
I was worried this new livestream era was getting boring, but now there's been constant updates.
ALR has gone into hiding for now, sure, but we know she'll be back.
