Came across one of those Artisan AI ads on the Elizabeth Line this week, travelling for a conference. Different than the viral SF ones. Still awful.

It has an image of a pretend review of an employee saying “0 stars, AI took my job and did it better” with “Hire Ava, the AI…” underneath.

Penzance vintage bus day is quite the event. Really busy with people. Had no idea they ran so many buses, on so many routes, for free.

Gorgeous weather to ride around the scenic west of #Cornwall

Wandered up a china clay spoil tip today, with son No. 1., seeing what our #meshtastic radio could reach. Quite a bit, thanks to some people with strategically positioned nodes on amongst the hills of mid-Cornwall.

It definitely takes the edge off a 90s Happy Hardcore mix when it's interrupted every couple of minutes...

"Don't even think about life insurance until..."

"Have you bought a car with finance from....you may be entitled to compensation..."

"Continuous glucose monitoring..."

Exciting! My talented wife @pollywaffle.bsky.social now has an Etsy shop for the things she makes at the Flookan ceramics hub here in St Austell.

It’s the weekend. Cheers!

Busy this evening… haven’t had to sit outside of the bar, in the end of the visitor centre before.

So, according to the right wing… more NHS appointments / operations taking place this past year doesn’t count, because it’s due to ending the strikes. Which means it’s not something the Labour government is responsible for?!

Any improvement over the next 4 years won’t be allowed to count will it?

Quite often buy 1 from Niles... but have never gone for the dozen :-)
If you are outlandishly hungry and have some time on your hands St Austell in Cornwall is very much the place to be.
