To a person who's used to German rents/mortgages it is literally insane to see how the already pretty expensive rent market in the US literally doubled in price in the last 20 years. How is this even possible?
The average rent in the United States has about doubled since 2005.

My dad died during the pandemic; we weren't able to visit him in the hospital because of it. Every aspect of that horrible tragedy was real. And exacerbated by Musk’s co-POTUS.
