In the part of the Thanksgiving cooking where I don't know how it'll ever be over. T_T (It's just the two of us but it's still various dishes just smaller total amounts which only changes the time on one item. XD) One oven is not enough we gonna be eating at like 10pm. XD

Made chile verde tonight. Normally I don't, but this time when I made salsa verde the other night for pozole verde we'd bought too many tomatillos so I made like a double sized batch of salsa, so decided fuck it, chile verde tonight with the extra.

Does anyone know how to make Win 11 less vivid for lack of a better word? It's especially bad where a site has white text on a black or dark blue bg (don't even get me started on light mode, I don't use that). Upgraded last night and it's honestly awful... No changes to my monitors, just win11...

@microsoft.com can we please have the ability to resize the taskbar itself, hide the lines under the apps on it, and also regain the ability to drag the open window(not maximized) fully to connect with screen edge? I hate having a line there, it's distracting.)

Coffee shops, please stop calling things what they're not. Cold brew coffee with a spice syrup is not "cafe de olla". (Similarly dumping in spice syrup is also not "horchata".)
(On top of this, those syrups all taste heavily like cough syrup so it's never pleasant for my strong tastebuds.)
