I have seen so many YouTube videos of folks from outside the Pennsylvania/NJ area trying scrapple but undercooking it severely so they end up with sad mush and complaining that it sucks. Even saw a guy "try" a pork roll sandwich but he couldn't get pork roll so he used bologna.
