HERETIC is a masterpiece of modern horror. Creepy, taut, brilliantly written. Hugh Grant takes all of his acting ticks and tricks that usually make him so charming and turn them on their ear, making him positively diabolical. Beck and Woods deft hands show so much needed restraint. So fucking good.

Can anyone identify this plant. I noticed it after the glowing lights in the sky, although my vision slowly seems to fading I swear I saw it move.

We just saw the total eclipse. The clouds parted just a little while. The corona - it was amazing. While it was happening I was so giddy I just kept laughing.

I’ve seen the big movies lately, all fun, but the one you should catch, now or in the streaming hereafter, is #Problemista - fun satire with great performances. And just enough poignancy to really satisfy. C’mon - take a break from the worm-riding Godzillabusters!

1st attempt at blueberry pancakes using waffle mix. 1st round were “crepes” before we got the mix right. Delicious though.
