I’m sorry, this might be a great investigation, but “as it was never intended” is obscene. This is precisely how many people specifically and repeatedly told us — warned us — it would be used.

most people want a quick and simple answer to why AI systems encode/exacerbate societal and historical bias/injustice and due to the reductive but common thinking of "bias in, bias out," the obvious culprit often is training data but this is not entirely true

I’ve seen a lot of very stupid things people have said or written about the U.K. electoral system but the Trump quote here is exceptionally ignorant and muddled.
Not entirely sure that this convert to electoral reform is going to be entirely welcome to its supporters.
