called the clinic at 08:30 and was told a nurse would call me for triage within ~2hrs. called again at 13:00 to make sure I was on the list cuz I hadnt heard anything, was reassured I was. called again at 17:30 and was told I was not on the list and they could maybe get a nurse to call me
