How do you break out of procrastination/unsettle mood? I've been walking around my flat trying to settle on doing at least one thing, even something that is not chores for an hour or two but I can't do a thing, even listening to one podcast or music without immediately switching to something else.

Y'a un truc qui m'a frappé dans les évènements de ce week-end, c'est qu'un nazi de 23 ans, c'est un gamin mais un racisé de 14 ans qui commet un délit (ou non, d'ailleurs), c'est un adulte parfaitement conscient de toutes ses actions (cf le meutre de Nahel), je sais d'où ça vient, mais c'est moche

I like seeing fat people in star Trek.
I do wonder though why it's always women and girls. Don't get me wrong as a fat woman I love ve seeing them. I just am wondering if there is a weird gender thing there.
