Watching Architectural Digest tours, aka the new MTV Cribs, and yeah. Lenny Kravitz is definitely a vampire. A hot one, at that.

For all those who just followed me, I am in the market for a boyfriend. Black American. Intelligent. (Preferably) bearded. Sexy. Inquire within.

What’s the phenomena called when some days you hate your hair and want to chop it all off and then a day later it acts right and you feel like Black Jesus?? Asking for a friend.

Question 27:
What famous piece of respected and acclaimed literature do you think sucks?
November 15, 2025 at 12:45 AM
In fact, let me go play that album to start my Friday off right.

I get that some people didn’t like Plastic Off the Sofa because they don’t like ballads. But as for me and my house, Renny was a no skip album. But chile, I ain’t fighting with other Hive members about that lady. Yall got it.
November 14, 2025 at 9:40 AM
I’m catching up. Yall didn’t like Thique?! All Up In Your Mind? HEATED?!?! The cunty ballroom chant at the end is the WHOLE REASON I listen to that song. 🤯
November 14, 2025 at 9:38 AM
Apparently I missed it. And the gworls were fighting about Renaissance. 🤣

Yo, since the end of the Pandemic Proper, bodegas have not had standardized pricing and it’s upsetting me and my homegirl.

Normalize letting men cry.

I think we could help soothe some of the Male Loneliness Epidemic, if we could give some of these bottled up head cases permission to release their emotions. To admit the pressures they are feeling are real. To allow them more ways to deal with the ugliness in life beyond pure aggression.

I also love that no one ever shames Naruto for crying in his world. People aren't attached to a sense of masculinity that is so wrapped up in never showing emotion. And often Naruto's tears reflect a mourning or frustration felt collectively within the group. It's affirming to see.
November 13, 2025 at 5:26 AM
Not just in some anime, fantasy sense. If more people could see the humanity of others and turn from their selfish desires to rule it all, the better could be as a world. I love Naruto. This arc was a serious banger. This resolution was deeply moving.
November 13, 2025 at 5:23 AM
It reminds me of the quote. Credited to Margaret Mead.
"As long as people can change, the world can change." Shows like this remind me, that even if we come from different villages or know different hurt, our decision to see our commonalities can change the trajectory of one another's lives.
November 13, 2025 at 5:20 AM
And I love that they always talk about Naruto's power. And it's not the power of the Nine-Tails that they're ever talking about. It's ability to make people feel empathy and compassion for one another. And his ability to make people want to fight for what is truly right. A fierce determination.

When Naruto mourns Gaara's death and the unfair circumstances surrounding it. And when Granny Chiyo decides to give the final essence of her life to Gaara to bring him back from the grave. Mmph. Just good writing. I'm legit sitting here crying.
November 13, 2025 at 5:16 AM
This episode where Granny Chiyo uses the Reanimation Jutsu to bring Gaara back to life is so powerful. It invokes all the ethos of community and our responsibility to one another. To try to make the world a better place. A duty to honor those who may help us create a brighter future. Wow.
