I found them disorienting and oddly claustrophobic. Your peripheral vision will be completely useless. You can only see through a tiny dot of focus and finding it can be a lot of work. I've given varifocals a try twice and just couldn't get used to them. Hoping you have better luck.

I've had 2 black cats before and they are soooo much fun! Really special little critters. I know it's probably too soon, but there's a gorgeous panther at the cat rescue I volunteer at if you want to come to Spain for a kitty.

Went to IKEA today and my friend bought a small item then we turned to go into the restaurant. The security guy stopped us and said we couldn't go into the restaurant AFTER purchasing something.
Someone please explain this to me. What could possibly be the reason for this?

Recently Bandlab made me switch from Cakewalk to Sonar and I hate it. Not that it's much different, but it crashes when I try to export. Not cool.

The Spanish word for slave is "esclavo." During the slave trade, Spanish captors would brand people with a symbol to mark them as los esclavos: An S with a nail (clavo) through it. This same symbol was later adopted by the US government as the dollar sign.

I just watched the excellent Challenger documentary on Netflix from a few years back and it's an absolute shame they never used Rendez-Vous 4 anywhere in it. Ron McNair was going to play sax while in space in a duet with Jean-Michel Jarre on Earth.
