It’s Friday, so I chose a more refined artwork for today’s jigsaw puzzle. Lovely details.

The original artwork is The School of Athens, depicting philosophers, mathematicians, and scientists such as Plato, Aristotle, Socrates, Hypatia, Pythagoras, and Archimedes.

The couple who adopted our foster kitten “Maybe” last Wednesday is really nice to send us a lot of videos. The last one they said she is behaving like a dog playing fetch.

The toy is her favorite from when she lived with us.

I am so happy for her.

As my stepfather’s mom neared the end (old age), I used old photos from the local history archive to help her remember her childhood and her parents. One photo showed her parents as they looked when she was born. It brought comfort.

That experience is why I now serve on the archive’s board.

Today one of our foster kittens found her new home.

I won’t lie - it is so difficult letting her go, but I know her new family will take good care of her and that helps.

Love you Maybelline!

I googled and found my own blog post from 11 years ago about how the Scrum Master can help the Product Owner in a team.

Is it bad that I still like it? Did I learn nothing in 11 years of work?

I am once again diving into product work, so working on a new blog post.

I was a sensitive kid. I loved cats. I had OCD, undiagnosed.

When I was 9, a fraternity brother tortured a cat to death in my hometown. The details even now are beyond imagination. archive.is/xdmUL

I was traumatized for years from reading the news story.

The torturer? Now the head of the NRA.

I am so tempted to do an experiment. To write the same points on Linkedin that I have been making for years, but prefix them with "In today's AI era..." and see if it is praised higher than what I usually see.

Seems like a lot of "AI gurus" are just rebranding old product.
