I have said, "Oh, he's a uniter, alright. He will unite us all against him." It turns out that he has ramped it up so much that he has united the whole planet against us. (the US)

Today (January 23) is a day of no shopping. I extended that to include yesterday and tomorrow. That is to remind me that I don't stock up before an economic blackout day and I don't rush to replenish afterward. These are serious times. I will make do.

I wish everyone a good Martin Luther King, Jr. day. I did a specific search. These are the important things he talked about that we should be thinking about today – a good day to reflect on why we haven’t changed like we should have and why we continue to allow ourselves to be a divided society.

I thought something was way off about this invasion of paramilitary cosplayers. Cruelty is the point against the blue (actually purple) state of Minnesota.
Pew Research Institute (2023):
• Red State Texas has about 2.1 million undocumented immigrants
• Red State Florida has 1.6 M undocumented immigrants
• Blue State Minnesota has 130,000.
And yet only Minnesota is being occupied by masked thugs over "immigration."

When we tell someone, “I will not vote for you because of ___” (Fill in the blank) does it fall on deaf ears? After all, they are playing a numbers game to stay in power. What would it take for many of us to let them know we can make a difference? It’s all about organizing nowadays.
