I just wanna put it out there-- it's totally okay to put yourself on a news diet. Give yourself limits. Take whole days to focus on things that give you joy: loved ones, pets, gaming, reading, art, whatever. I promise, the current dumpster fire will still be here in a day or two.

I am in the middle of season 5 of The 100 with a friend, and I have opinions-- mainly that, when nothing ever goes right for the characters, it weakens the overall story. I understand that this is a harsh post-apocalyptic world, but come on.
