#Attachment #MythBusting #35: "Rewiring" our #brain to become more #secure

Yes, this is a thing, but it's not a "quick fix". The key is to enable our brain to build a (new) predictive model of #safety.

🤔❓ How good is #AI when asked about the neurobiological basis of #attachment?

👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Very bad!

Don't rely on AI for such a complex and nuanced question. Instead, use resources based on real & recent scientific evidence - like my #Attachment #MythBusting series or #NAMA & #NAMDA.

#Attachment #MythBusting #32: The "Anxious-Avoidant Trap"

The internet is full of posts mentioning this trap, apparently one of the most common and challenging attachment combinations within close relationships. But what’s science telling us? Let’s have a closer look!

Though AI helps, does it dull us over time? A study from MIT found that regular ChatGPT use weakens memory, focus, and brain activity. 83% couldn't quote their own text. Essays became repetitive. Researchers call it "cognitive debt"—a slow erosion of independent thinking. arxiv.org/pdf/2506.08872
