Neighbor watched as two women were apprehended by Border Patrol in Charlotte, NC. The agents smashed their car window and zip tied them. Both are US citizens. Their crime was honking the horns of their vehicles to alert their community that ICE was in the area. How is that a crime? Crazy! 🤬
