Pixie Mama, Pip, Pebble, and Peanut. Babies are still trying to nurse but also happily eating wet food mixed with formula and kitten chow. Despite multiple soft beds and caves, the chosen place is crammed beside a box of fabric behind the sewing table. #catsofbsky #straycats #tnr #indoorlife

This is pepper, our neighbourhood cat. We think she has people, but we can’t be sure. If she’s still wandering the neighbourhood when the weather turns, we will take her to the vet to be scanned for a microchip.

Oct 1 was Pearl’s gotcha day. She was rescued in 2021 to be companion for our Boris (RIP💔) and has such a playful personality. A house panther and a Night Fury rolled into one, we’re lucky to live with her. 🖤🐈⬛🖤

Three years into my diagnosis journey, it’s official: autistic & ADHD. I mean, I knew what was coming but when they said “severe” associated with each? VALIDATION. I’m not sensitive, abrupt, or too much.
I feel sad, mad, relieved, euphoric, and unfettered rage it actually took 53 years to be heard.

The aforementioned pj pants are done. No matter how many I sew, turning one leg right-side-out, stuffing it into the inside-out leg and sewing the crotch seam will always be witchcraft. I understand what’s happening but it still delights and surprises me when they turn out right. Suddenly, pants!👖
