Was a beautiful day on the #WashingtonCoast today! The #BurningBear festival is going on this weekend in #OceanShores so I spent part of the day hanging out watching the chainsaw artists. The Mister joined me today (I got in yesterday) and it should be a great rest of the #weekend!

I love soup weather! It was chilly today so seemed like the perfect time to make a big pot of homemade chicken noodle soup & a loaf of focaccia bread. Stock simmered all morning. Bread took all afternoon. Came together perfectly

Marinated all day in soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, a boatload of garlic. Baked for 45 minutes at 375°, 15 minutes at 400° and basted throughout. Reduced leftover marinade low slow to cook out any buggies and drizzled over the top w/broccoli & brown rice
