With the motorbike out of action I have been getting the bus to the gym then walking home. Takes about 1:15 with the bad knee. Really enjoyed the walks, tempted when the nice weather comes to walk both ways. 🐾🐾🐾🐾

Had scans. Got a grade 2 meniscus tear and grade 1 medial collateral ligament tear of the right knee. Expected as it took the brunt of the weight and impact. Also fractured a rib. Got off light besides swelling/bruises. Wear gear guys.

Sadly the fox didn’t come closer, after watching it scavenge on a deer skeleton I noticed it had a broken hind leg. Called around the wildlife services to report it. Hope the lil guy gets help.

Ended/started the new year off with a bang! Hospital admission, massive infection in my abdomen (again) , big doses of Iv antibiotics and the good painkillers👌
Still waiting on a surgery date but can’t do anything while my organs are all icky!
