I've not seen much discussion, but wonder if Spider-Rex inclusion in gruul decks makes it compete much closer with jund and affinity with cast down suddenly becoming less relevent in that matchup.

Tis why spy combo variants (doesn't care about it), red decks (dead by T4 Def 5) , and Madness (doesn't care about it) are some of the most played decks in the league's.
Better part of a year of adjusting to this beast since MH3.

Once you consider all the MDFCs on offer for literally every deck...this really isn't hard either.

I was also thinking most white decks having main board Thraben Charms too. Though with Affinity on the down swing arm at least there's less game 1 Nihil Spellbombs around. It's a fun deck.

Got a new satyr wayfinder from FF, what's not to like about the deck getting a bit more consistency.
It's almost a shame paupers grave hate is soo strong! That's part of the challenge of the deck I guess.

I'm curious, are specific vids on archetypes (budget cards for), not worth the effort/would get low views? I remember scourering for this info, but then found scryfall tagger π. Or it possibly spiking prices? Or how power creep means they go out of date fast? I'm intrigued on your thoughts.

Im not fussed by GTR really, its rebirth moreso. I also don't buy the Mirrodin lands being some sort of core to the format, they just weren't played outside of affinity pre MH and Neon Dyn pushed artifact design after. With power creep @common, you can see why they are banned in the formats they are

Bridges for sure just enable good stuff piles. Wildfire is just astrolabe at home. Draws a card, fixes, enables a homogeneous pile of good cards to play. I think kuldotha without bridges in meta will prob just be too good. So if all artifact lands go,majortiy of top tier decks have to re adjust.

They will incorrectly ban Deadly Dispute from Pauper when it's all the artifact lands that need to go (Darksteel Citadel can get a pass)
