We are pleased to be working with Simon Gillings at BTO on this exciting project to use acoustic monitoring to help detect the presence of elusive Lesser Spotted Woodpeckers.
Work on an AI classifier to separately detect Lesser Spotted Woodpecker calls and drumming is going well. Hopefully it will come in handy this spring @lesserspotnet.bsky.social #Bioacoustics #Ornithology
