Hate to beg but I REALLY need to get this paid before midnight when I start incurring fees.

Why do people go hungry when there's stores full of food that they could go in & take? Why do people sleep outside when there's empty homes & shelter for them to sleep inside? Who prevents them from doing so or locks them up for attempting it? That's why all cops are bastards. They uphold inequity.
