As a huge New York Style Hot Dog fan for years, felt compelled to recreate the poster in a high resolution and managed to find the original photo used in the texture

SEGA wanted to release Illbleed on Dreamcast. After the E3 Demo of Illbleed, which you can test below, SOA backed out, considering the Demo too difficult. Ultimately, the game was released by another publisher with reduced difficulty. 👇
