It should be no surprise that ongoing discussions about tweaking the 1954 Act regime features in the Law Commission's 14th Programme, but good to see the practical issues thrown up by the Landlord and Tenant (Covenants) Act 1995 and the problematic Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 will be under review.
