One thing that I’m confused about is if hitting my 30s is gonna make things worse for me. I’ve already had arthritis and a variety of chronic pains since I was 5 so is it going to be more of the same or is it somehow going to get worse?
being in your mid-30s is so cool. sometimes you just wake up and your neck doesn't work anymore. it's like have weapon degradation but for your body parts
