This wouldn't necessarily be considered "leetspeak" since OMG was common in text messages and leet was always associated more with numeral substitutions, but you rarely saw the Z appended outside online contexts. It's an edge case

They used to say "ZOMG" online. the Z was an intensifier. Didn't make the jump to other abbreviations - no ZWTF, etc.
