I had the rare opportunity today to visit Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty in Prague, CZ. RFE/RL provides news to regions where freedom of press is under pressure or non-existent. It is mainly funded by the US Congress under the International Broadcasting Act of 1987, but that is now under question.
