Being able to rewatch probably my favorite movie of all time for the first time in a theatre and via an original 35mm print has been one of the greatest filmgoing experiences of the year. I loved every minute and it was absolute heaven seeing it in the big screen in this way.

A massive order I made back in March which I’ve nicknamed “the order from hell” due to numerous titles in it being delayed over and over again finally arrived. I don’t post my “hauls” here anymore (not even my birthday one), but this was so amazing I couldn’t.

I’m a little surprised it has no slipcover for a studio release, but ah well, it's finally here. Encode is much better than A24's own UHD, possibly courtesy of VDMS.
