Vinod Subramaniam has been appointed as chair of the Executive Board of the UvA. This did not go entirely smoothly, as the advice of the Central Student Council was blocked by the Activist Party due to dissatisfaction with the selection procedure.
Today our new minority government will unveil its programme. Would like to be optimistic, but given VVD in the mix (the party responsible for many of the problems) it's tough. Let's see.
