As much as I love history and documentaries, I've never been too interested in historical nonfiction. I've picked up a couple Tudor era books for my flight back to the states and I'm so excited to branch out

I haven't engaged with any TS stans when I moved to this app, so why do I keep seeing them on my discover feed 😭 I can't deal with her toxic fandom again 🥸

I just scrolled past a tiktok live of a girl filming some massive house party right outside her flat. I can't think of anything more horrifying at 2:50 am

Avoid scrolling during droughts of inspiration or moments of low motivation. Social media will drain your dopamine—and we need dopamine to feel motivated!

Instead, try:
- walking in nature
- exercise or yoga
- automatic drawing/writing
- sitting in the sun

nothing more satisfying to me about this site is being able to talk into the void without being surrounded by people desperate for attention or engagement
