Please let 2026 be even somewhat better. Anything. I am so tired. I have no more left to give. My family is in shambles. Just anything, please. Any good news or something to bring hope.

She had her biopsy today. They don't have the results back yet, but they found swollen lymph nodes under her arm which makes it sound like not only did the cancer come back, but it actually spread this time...

And two new relative deaths today. Please 2026... enough. Just stop.

And now my mom's mammogram results from earlier in the week came back showing another abnormality. She has to go back in late next week for more tests to find out if her cancer came back, or if it's something else.

Having my fill of this year. Two relative deaths, another with a minor stroke, and my grandma's health deteriorated to where my aunt with health authority is placing her in a nursing home sometime this week. Also my parent's farm being torn apart from tariff and government games among other things..

Anyone seeing this happen to own a Moto G Stylus (2025) and have any opinions? Looking for a new phone after Samsung decided to stop issuing updates to my 4yr old phone. My carrier doesn't offer many "mid-range" models and this is one of the only options. The SD card and 3.5mm jack IS a huge plus...

I still live in a rural area where residential landlines are still fairly common (have one myself) because cell service can be spotty. We had a tornado hit in 2019 that knocked out power for 13 hours and took out most cell service, but our landline still worked flawlessly and was a life saver!

I miss when we had a fall season here. Instead of going from lower 70's straight down to mid 40's highs and near or below freezing nights....

It's even more depressing because apparently my phone generation was one of the last to only get 4 years of updates before the new generations started to get 6-7 years included...

I do wish I would have realized that a few months earlier before all of this tariff nonsense because boy phone prices sure do suck. I also don't like the trend of new phones no longer having phone jacks or sd slots either...

I know progress has to be made, but I really hate forced obsoletion of technology. I just now realized that my near perfect condition phone I bought in 2021 had its last security update. So even though it works great, I basically need to get a new one just to keep up with security. Such a waste...

If any W11 users happen to see this, do you have any guides handy of what to disable/remove/uninstall for a fresh W11 install? Or any settings that need to be tweaked at the beginning? Any advice would be appreciated!

It's apparently true that over stress can actually make you sick. I heard about it before, but didn't actually know it could hit you that hard.

I can't wait to make full use of its potential by watching Youtube videos since all my fun money went towards inflated part pricing and the stupid games the government is playing with the economy is destroying what little profit we make on our small family farm. 🫠

After months longer and -way- more money than it should have been, I think I finally have all parts of my PC build (that I know of) now. Just have to wait until my health improves and I'll no longer be able to put off the process of building that I am absolutely dreading. 😃
