Oh how i wish more people took heed to this.
Everything posted on the Internet is public and also there is wisdom in understanding that just because something is public doesn't mean you are meant to be a part of it. People speaking to each other on the street is public and you might overhear it, but it doesn't mean they want you to contribute.
I dunno, I assume anything posted to the public internet is, well public

Guy who saved me from drowning in wave pool when I was 7ish. My tube floated too far in deep end and I fell off when waves started. Wasn't a strong enough swimmer in moving water but he saw me struggling, picked me up, and put me back on the tube. Thank you stranger 💜

I don't know who needs to know this, but Pro Publica has an online thing that will format a letter to your US health insurance company to demand the records behind a claim denial. (which the insurance is then legally required to provide in most cases)
