Bluesky PSA: To anyone who adds captions to videos on Bluesky, you need to shift the timings forward by 1.5 seconds, as for some reason, Bluesky displays captions 1.5 seconds behind the actual timings.

Huh, it seems like YouTube is currently testing a new feature, where the subtitles menu is replaced with a 'Languages' menu, that allows you to upload your own dubs and captions (with audio description too) for videos. This is only appearing on my main channel currently.
