Okay. So this is wholly on the Republican controlled government then.
Trump just said he's not going to meet with Democratic leaders — hours after agreeing to meet with them — to discuss avoiding a government shutdown.

The government shuts down in a week.

More than 1800 detainees are missing after the closure of Alligator Alcatraz. Their families and lawyers can’t find them and they’ve vanished from the ICE database. Feels like this should be a much bigger story www.miamiherald.com/news/local/i...

A couple weeks ago, these blowdried chucklefucks were "joking" about how they should reclaim the word Nazi and now they're "joking" about blowing up the UN or gassing the foreign leaders inside.

But they didn't say anything questionable about Charlie Kirk, so no big deal.
Fox News host Jesse Watters suggested bombing and gassing the United Nations over escalator and teleprompter issues

There is no world in which it is normal for the president to publicly call upon his attorney general to hurry up and prosecute his political foes. It’s like the Watergate tapes but posted on social media. Let’s get a grip on what’s happening here.

Tom Homan was investigated for accepting $50,000 from undercover FBI agents. Trump's DOJ shut it down.
The FBI and Justice officials closed the investigation, which a Justice Department appointee had called a “deep state” probe in early 2025.

What we are witnessing is an outright abuse of power.

This administration is attacking critics and using fear as a weapon to silence anyone who would speak out. Media corporations — from television networks to newspapers — are capitulating to these threats.
