Last night, I buckled down and decided to reach out my dad and tell him about my transness. I’ve never told him anything about my personal life before. I’m happy to report I was met with positive reactions and assurance. This might just be what gets me through the next few years.

In my years of reporting on LGBTQ news this was by far the hardest.
But we are still here. You made it to Friday. You lived. Good job. That wasn’t easy.
Through a diversity of tactics, we will continue to live.
Rest up, drink water, find community, so that we can all be here tomorrow too.

Day 2 on Vyvanse. I feel okay. I’m alert and I am not craving as much. Tho my stomach feels hungry, the thought of eating puts me off (I’m used to eating A LOT so it’s just adjusting) but I’m getting my work done. So yay me.
