How do Arsenal fans feel about how Viktor Gyokeres went on strike to secure their move, and why is it different to what Alexander Isak has done at Newcastle to get his move away?

(Always worth a sidebar for context, this is a question, not an opinion)

Agreed on this. I was never sure especially on the price and wages

Disgraceful, man. I think that the club acted within established norms here by continuing to play him, maybe even what is legally advisable. The problem is that the norms suck complete ass.

Glad that the "never been charged" argument can finally fuck off

Yeah I always thought that £93 mil was nonsense, since RB missed out on CL and they probably have to sell both Šeško and Simmons, they aren’t in a strong position at all

I think we need a new format/rules for an award recognizing rising PL players. Having guys with 111 (Elanga), 89 (Pedro), 87 (Palmer) and 99 PL appearances (Saliba) up for what's ostensibly an award meant to nominate rising talent feels a little icky

Arsenal have kept just one clean sheet in nine Premier League matches at the Emirates Stadium in 2025.

If you are going to play the risk averse, low chance creating football that Arteta loves, then you had better make sure you don't concede all the time

Agree on this. Trent looks Real Madrid bound and he’s won everything with Liverpool

Barcola is more so the one I’m watching out for. I think he’d be more attainable if PSG get Kvara, as they’d have Kvara, Doué and him, and also seen that he’s falling out with Enrique
