Political Perennialism is an ongoing project. Its aim is to develop a comprehensive and systematic political theory grounded on and consistent with the Perennialist School of Philosophy, as represented by Guénon and Schuon.

I've received pushback over the likelihood of WW3. The revisionists that started the first two had numerically disadvantages by every metric. The PRC, Russia, DPRK have numerical advantages in ground troops and SAMs, and parity/minor disadvantages in others metrics.

"Silence is violence" also, in the literal spirit in which it is usually taken when expressed, does a ‘violence’ to language that would enrage Confucius. Here, the rectification of names might be easily effected by a blow to the nose.

“Silence is violence” is a modern slogan which expresses the totalitarian modern injustice of coercing everyone to participate in politics, when this is not the svadharma of the vast majority.

Mary Shelley’s novel is one of the most prescient pieces of modern fiction ever produced. Man, driven by a Faustian desire to become God, ends in being dominated by his creation. I can think of no other book with so appropriate a subtitle as “The Modern Prometheus”.

This is entirely in line with what I predicted in my PhD thesis (which is in the process of being turned into a book). As polarization breaks down the elite worldview consensus, what were regarded as competitors come to be seen as Schmittian enemies

Unlike the profundity that can be encountered in folksy spirituality, when it comes to politics the vast majority are only capable of thinking in the most vulgar terms. They should not be held in contempt for this, as an infant shouldn't be scolded for being unable to do algebra.

This may seem unnecessary to say, but just because I include a text in my Perennialist Political Pre-Theory series does not ipso facto mean I agree with every sentiment in it.

Starky is wildly ignorant in his assertion that "China has always been ruled as it is now" - and Yarvin goes along with this fallacious assertion.

I do pray that the UK doesn’t go down the path of destructive hyperbole, polarization and self-fulfilling accuastions that the US has, but the US’s yesterday tends to become the UK’s tomorrow.

“Communism is not the dialectical antithesis of capitalism, but rather its logical progression and ultimate achievement.” – Rama P. Coomaraswamy. This seems particularly plausible if by “communism” we do not understand strictly and only Marxism.

It is little commented upon that flags used to represent a polity are a mostly modern phenomenon. In earlier times, if flags were used at all, they generally were the personal emblems of a ruling dynasty rather than of polities as such.

It is telling regarding the inverted nature of contemporary women’s ‘liberation’ that the Ruist (‘Confucian’) examinations of Traditional China were closed to the descendants of only a single category of people – brothel operators.

The troubling entry of Nick Fuentes into the GOP mainstream is a good example of the dynamic I described in my piece on Devil Shift, whereby demonization of opponents creates the conditions for said opponents to actually become those demons.

Any effort to restore Tradition by political means almost inevitably becomes an instrument of counter-Tradition, and thereby of Satan.

A commenter suggested “small government authoritarianism” as a characterization of Traditional monarchy. From a profane perspective, it is a good description, although I’m sure some will hear that phrase and think of Hong Kong or Pinochet.

Giacomo Matteotti was an MP murdered by Fascists for criticizing Mussolini in parliament less than two years after the latter took office. If you are happy to publicly criticize the president, you are not living under fascism.

Dugin portrays Jews as agents of counter-initiation and as out of keeping with Tradition in their view of the trajectory of history. This on the basis of the establishment of Israel – as if Zionism were not itself a counter-Traditional perversion of Judaism!
