"At Counsel’s direction, in order to comport with the Presidential Records Act, the Executive Office of the President is exempted from this exercise."

I'm 73 years old and terrified. Where can we go if we have to leave? We are living on Social Security. We didn't save enough to "buy our way in" to most countries. Tropical countries are out of the question due to some health issues.
