So Mr Inconsistent #parkrun continues today. 82 seconds slower than two weeks ago. No logic, nothing in legs today. Still at least I got some fresh air and 5K 😂 #running #ukrunchat Apparently my 600th activity on #strava too 🤷♂️ would of thought I would be fit or worked out this running malarkey 😂

Well that #parkrun has stunned me this morning. Fastest since April 2023 thought days of fast for me had gone. However 9lbs lost in3 weeks & more consistency with running must have helped. Even managed progressive splits which is mad for me! #running #ukrunchat

#dementia what a cruel disease caught up with an old work colleague only early 50’s and been diagnosed with it 2 years ago. Sad to see already the impact and difference in him 😔
