Y'know the weird thing about watching modern telly or panel shows, (mainly on YouTube, I haven't really switched on an actual tv set in some time) is watching old clips of shows that are either still running, or with comedians/actors still doing stuff, and seeing their younger selves in HD.

I've been thinking for the past few hours about the problems I think a lot of us face, between liking the "idea" of something, and the actual act of doing it. Because for many scenarios there's a BIG difference between the two, and I don't think we always realise it.

Building a setlist for an upcoming set, & I'm crate digging & found a track I wanted to play. Turns out, this homie purposely released a song with a bpm of 173.6...Why?...Why so specific? I swear, as DJs of the modern era, we take fairly consistent tempos genre-wise for granted...old days were WILD.
