Had a really productive weekend! Made a big batch of pickled onion (favorite way to keep onions perpetually on hand) and nearly 3 gallons of apple pie moonshine (a two-day process of steeping and then adding alcohol). And I finished the hardest part of my current writing project. Now to clean house!

Just finished making a big batch of apple pie moonshine! I steep the juice with toasted spices then add sugar and alcohol and vanilla. Strong as fuck and tasty as fuck.
