My new run for #TX09 is about service, leadership, and results. I’ve spent my life solving complex problems under intense pressure, and Washington desperately needs more of that now.

Jena Nelson for Oklahoma Congress District 5 who will represent all Oklahoma regardless of party.

Bring Stephanie Bice home to the woodshed. She's spent the last 4 years refusing to come home and have townhalls. The job representing us is not for her.

The misuse of our troops for unmistakably political purposes is a stain that will never wash out. They are being placed in an impossible position that harms morale and will undermine trust in the mitary while driving down voter participation.

Shameful.
There is American blood on battlefields to protect the right to a free and fair vote. Intimidation like this spits on their sacrifice. It's about as anti-American as you can get.

This is the story I needed today. MST3K was phenomenal and may have saved my sanity during college.
Before he co-created the beloved and Peabody award-winning #mysterysciencetheater3000, Jim Mallon was running around his hometown of Rochester with an 8mm camera.

Mallon joined All Things Considered host Clay Masters to share the show's humble Minnesota roots.

It's a sign of panic, but it just might work. We need to field (and fund) legit candidates in EVERY DISTRICT.

If I had used my government position to put an extra penny in my personal bank account, I would have been court-martialed.

We have a lot of work to do starting in 2027 to build firewalls against corruption.

We can no longer assume noble intent or adherence to norms. Those days are gone forever.
So if you're not pissed enough about #ArgentinaFirst or the destruction of the white house maybe this will be the last straw! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Get money out of politics! Don't vote for anyone who takes corporate donations or campaigns with the support of dark money.
15 years ago the Supreme Court decided corporations are people under the First Amendment.

Today, sold-out politicians block progress on all fronts to appease their corporate donors.

Citizens United is among the worst decisions in history. It corrupts our system every day.

The stonewalling sets a troubling precedent.

Swear her in, Mike!
Mike Johnson refuses to swear in Rep.-Elect Grijalva despite having the power to do so, all because she would be the final signature needed to release the Epstein files.

I stand with Grijalva. I stand with the people of Arizona's 7th. And I stand with the will of the people. Swear her in!

Today, global press freedom is more restricted than it has been in recent memory, but to uphold democracy, we must defend it with everything we’ve got. Because if we lose press freedom, it’s only a matter of time before we lose everything it protects. More by @katiedd.bsky.social.

One thing I've noticed today is the mentioning of #NoKings Saturday by rightwing folks. Much more than the last one or any of the other big protests. The rhetoric is extremely hostile!! "Hate rally" it's being called.
I think it's a dog whistle to terrorize peaceful protesters!

Engaged, vocal, and relentless...every day until we stop the madness. We are fighting a well organized, massive machine with unlimited money and a worldwide microphone.

Pick a cause, topic, or public official and make it your special project. You don't have to fight every battle yourself. Focus!
Sometimes we need a moment, but if you tune out completely, they win. Fascism doesn’t need your support, just your silence.

That, sir, is exactly what I did. Thank you for opening my career in politics, where I will be able to ensure we pull out of this national nosedive.

I generally refrain from commenting on Fox News' "contributions" to our society, but this is a red line for me.

His suggestion is vile on its face, editorially inexcusable, and could easily be interpreted as a call to violence.

Incredibly irresponsible.
