i need to figure out how to talk about the parts of jungletac history that i find interesting without having to make an all-encompassing video bc i dont want to do that
it is so interesting to me that there's a batch of (pretty shit) games that jungletac almost published, only for waixing to acquire them. waixing would then put enhanced versions of these games on various consoles from macro winners, a company whose primary developers also got canned by jungletac

clearly the collector bone never left me bc as soon as i had an income i started hoarding plug and plays
the gba and ds are the consoles that actually broke collecting for me. they're so stupid expensive for no legitimate reason and as such they're the only consoles i own flashcarts for (at the moment)
"Hmm it'd be nice to get a physical cartridge of this NDS game I wanna play more"
and then every north American copy is upwards of $300, and the only copies in my price range are the Japanese copies
