So @bma.org.uk Sat in an acute assessment ward with an 86 year old in chronic pain who has been told she can't have any pain relief until she's been assessed. This apparently may be several hours as there are no doctors available. I wonder why that is?

Absolutely gutted. Had to pick 86 year old Mother in Law up after her 10 day stay in the Bristol Royal Infirmary, and was looking forward to giving the @bma.org.uk members a good piece of my mind. Sadly, none to be seen. Obviously in the pub, while it had taken her 10 hours to be discharged.

I'm absolutely at my wits end as to why ANYONE can think that Farage is the answer to ANY of the countries problems. Has there really ever been a more duplicitous, deceitful, ignorant, dangerous fascist bastard?

Watching Rod Stewart at #glastonbury Is he surrounded by pretty young ladies in very short skirts, because of their musical prowess. Am I missing something. As an aside, his voice has gone.

So, @reformuk.bsky.social would appear to want to ban women wearing burqas. Why? Is there any logic behind it. It will stop crime, I hear them shout. If that's a serious issue, why not stop young white men from wearing hoodies? Ah, white! I see what I did there....

Clearly re-assessing the means testing for the Winter Fuel allowance is a good thing, but they should also ask a simple question. "Did you vote for Brexit?". If the answer is yes, they should not qualify for any at all, because if we hadn't have left the EU, everyone could still have it!

I'm not sure whether or not Starmer is buckling under the pressure of the job, but I can see him not being in position within 6 months if he carries on as he is.
