Percy, a pit bull mix, was dumped at a shelter in Ohio in 2021. He’s been there since. After several unsuccessful social media campaigns, the shelter is employing a new approach: throwing him a “paw-ty” and inviting prospective adopters.

After another threat to hold back funds to a Blue State maybe it's time to pay our Federal Taxes to our states. Then they release only what we get back. Let the Red States pay their actual share, and maybe teach the Trump Administration a lesson that it's not their personal slush fund.
