It is important to keep score of the inconsistency. Yesterday, Senate passed the Laken Riley Act with amendment to include assaulting a police office / Plus new EO says AG shall pursue death penalty if a cop is murdered - because it’s heinous / Via pardon, unless this occurred at the capital on J6.
On the same day Trump pardoned Danny Rodriguez for nearly murdering Michael Fanone, he said Rodriguez should face death penalty had he succeeded.
